If you are not already using the Sowingo Inventory Management Platform, you will need to quickly register an BCDA Supply Hub account at Sowingo.com. Once your BCDA membership is verified, and your account is activated, you can begin ordering your dental supplies immediately. If you currently have a Sowingo Account, you will have automatic access to BCDA Supply Hub when you log into your Sowingo account.
Once you register (or log in if you have an account), you will go directly to your personalized dashboard. To order supplies, simply click on the Marketplace, located on the left-hand navigation bar.
Products offer are currently available at discounts of at least 13% off the supplier list price. And, the discounts will increase as more BCDA members order their supplies through BCDA Supply Hub.

When an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, you will receive a backorder notification email stating which item is on backorder, with an estimated shipping date. Your item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. If you choose to cancel your backordered product, please contact Sowingo support at 1-888-997-3133.
The return window is subject to the vendor’s policy. The item must be sent back in saleable condition and in its unopened original packaging (if undamaged). Please contact the vendor directly if you have questions about the return policy.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Sowingo support at 1-888-997-3133 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed.
Our order-fulfillment is designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently; therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed. If this is the case, please accept the package and go through our returns process.

There are no restrictions on order size. Most orders are shipped the next day if in stock and placed before 12:00pm (noon) Eastern time.
If you change your mind about an item you have ordered, you will need to contact the vendor directly for return window.
Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in one shipment. In some cases, we may send an order in multiple packages. Any items arriving separately will be explicitly stated on your invoice

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, if available. Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.
All ADA&C Supply Hub users will receive their products directly from our supplier partners. For shipping details for each order, simply visit the “Orders” section of your account for your exact details including date, products ordered and tracking number.
