Effective March 31, 2024, dentists will no longer be able to order no-cost 3M 1870+ N95 respirators and rapid antigen tests (RATs) from ODA Supply Hub. Starting April 1, 2024, dentists who wish to order these items will need to do so through the Supply Ontario PPE Supply Portal. This change is part of the provincial government’s transition to a single coordinated model for PPE distribution.

What is the discount for products purchased on the ODA Supply Hub?

Products offer are currently available at discounts of at least 13% off the supplier list price. And, the discounts will increase as more ODA members order their supplies through the ODA Supply Hub.

Why do some dental corporations seem to have a higher discount on supplies?

Use of the ODA Supply Hub is voluntary, so the ODA cannot guarantee volumes for suppliers as larger corporations can. However, the ODA has secured the best group discount available and, as more ODA members use ODA Supply Hub, these discounts will increase.

Are there any large suppliers participating in the ODA Supply Hub?

How do I get assistance with my order?

Full customer support is available by calling 1-888-997-3133. Assistance is also available through live screen share, chat or email.

What if the item I want is on backorder?

When an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, you will receive a backorder notification email stating which item is on backorder, with an estimated shipping date. Your item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. If you choose to cancel your backordered product, please contact Sowingo support at 1-888-997-3133.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders above $250 are shipped for FREE and orders below $250 are charged $10.75 per order. Hazardous shipping charges may apply. If you have any questions please contact Sowingo support at 1-888-997-3133.

Is there a minimum order size?

There are no restrictions on order size. Most orders are shipped the next day if in stock and placed before 12:00pm (noon) Eastern time.
